anyone ever heard of this company name LFI ?

i just did a health & fitness screening over there.
it's the inbody body composition analysis.

the result of my report was ... not bad? i think. hahas.
must maintain....
so.... mr wei song, don't try to compare ur result with mine.
hahas.



i think it's because i don't smoke & drink, exercise regularly.

advises to all, excessive of unhealthy lifestyles can lead to serious health problem in our body.
when u gets older u will know....
it's important that we start early to take good care of our body when we're young.
so lead a healthy lifestyle now before ur health status gives warning sign.
